HI, I am Abi (She/Her)!

If you are looking for a therapist who is down to earth, deeply compassionate, and completely unafraid to go to the hard places or hold all the messy stuff, I may be your gal!

Hi, I am Abi (she/her)!

I live in Central Oregon, surrounded by my books and houseplants. On weekends, you can find me exploring our beautiful state on foot or by bike.

One of the things I am most proud of is that I have stopped trying to do things the way other people tell me they should be done and started listening to intuition when it tells me what is right for me.

I began counseling years ago, which marked the start of my journey towards breaking free from the status quo and building a life that works for me. I want you to have a life that works for you, too!

Even if you are just feeling this out, I would love to chat with you about what working together could be like.

“The doors to the Wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door. If you have an old old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and water so much, you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door”- Clarissa Pinkola Estes
